Every year, my friend Bhumika and her family come to New York on a business trip, and every year they find the time to fit in a shoot. Dean and Lucy get to know me more and they offer me bigger smiles every time. I love discovering their personalities and capturing them through my lens. This time we chose a NJ background which I am discovering and loving! I think they also loved the memories they got to keep.
It had been a busy season, and I was happy to finally have some down time, when I received a call from this family. I thought why not one more? I forgot to ask all the important questions, kids ages, likes, names, and how many in total? So you can imagine my surprise when I turned up early on a Saturday morning to find an extend family ready to go. Let me rephrase that, a GORGEOUS extended family. These folks were beautiful, not just on the outside, but on the inside too! We had a blast! Just as I thought I had little energy left, they energized me!!! Don’t have enough words to express the joy this shoot gave me. It ended with little Claire having her photo taken we me, my heart was bursting! I would be so honored to capture them again, and again and again!
Another of my absolute favorite families, have been capturing them for years. They are easy to photograph, fun to capture and just so gorgeous!!! I love these girls, and now they have a cute puppy too!!!
All our Holiday cards get stuck on a wall where we get to enjoy them every day! I brought a chair up close to the wall and stood my four year old on it, and asked her to pick her favorite card. Here is the winner in her eyes, and mine too!!! This was a fast, funny and adorable shoot with three little brothers and their amazing mama, who is a rock star!!!
Another new client! and what an cool family! It was windy and rather cold on the afternoon we took these photos, but mom had the best attitude and as you all know, if mommy is happy, then everyone is! These little boys were just too sweet and played together and had no trouble being photographed. I do hope to see them again, maybe with a green background and less wind!
