Audience: Reflections on audience, comfort zone and vision

“Tell a great story with your life and your art. You’ll have all the audience you’ll ever need.”

–David duChemin

Welcome to Week Nine of p52.3 : Artistry.

This week we have been further considering the relationship between vision and audience.  In particular, we have been exploring the idea that if, rather than shooting what we think our audience wants to see, we shoot to fulfill our personal vision, we will find our audience.  Although some circular conversations ensued, in the end, we find ourselves returning to what speaks to our hearts.
